Athletics

IN ORDER TO BE CLEARED TO PARTICIPATE, students must submit the following:

• Rank One Online Clearance Forms: 23-24 Rank One Clearance Forms: (all 3 forms must be submitted). These forms will be active the last week of July. 
• Updated Sports Physical: Make sure your high school athletics office has an updated copy of your sports physical on file. We can only accept a sports physical form, not the traditional physical form.
  1. Reminder: Sport Physicals are good for 2 years. ESD Sports Physical Paperwork
• Signed ESD Covid Waiver Form: Covid Waiver Forms (English and Spanish)(a new waiver is required each school year, not each sport season). Both the Sports Physical and Covid Waiver can be turned into your Athletics Secretary.
• Required Health Forms: 
  1. Students with expired Health Forms from the previous school year will need to submit updated forms to your school nurse BEFORE they will be allowed to try out for a fall sport.
  2. The following ESD Health Forms are required for students who have a life threatening allergy or need medication administered at school: Allergic Reaction Medication Authorization and Authorization for Administration of Medication in School. 

Spring sports begin on February 26th, 2024. Be sure to register for athletics before you come out to participate. Below is a list of times and the locations for each sport:

Track and Field: 

• Meet in Aux. Gym at 2:45. Practice will end 5:30

Boys' Soccer: 

• 'Open Gym’ Mondays and Fridays after school at Playfields – starting February 5.

• First day of tryouts – February 26, 2:30-5:30, Meadowdale Playfields

  • Must be present every day with proper equipment – shoes, guards, shorts, top

  • First cuts on Wednesday, February 28

  • Final cuts on Thursday, February 29

Baseball: 

• Meet at Baseball field at 2:30

Softball: 

• Meet at Softball field at 2:30

Boy's Golf:
