WSEA Vocational Grant

The Washington State Elks Association Vocational Grant is designed to help graduating high school seniors pursue their vocational education. This grant may be used for tuition, fees, books and supplies at a Community College or Technical School.

Women’s University Club of Seattle Foundation
- The WUC Foundation awards $10,000 scholarships to young women of character, scholarship, and community service performed independent of their school requirements.

LYNNWOOD EMBLEM CLUB #366 - $1000
- Must live in northwestern Washington.
- Must be a legal United States citizen.
- Active participation/service in your community. This could be scouts, church, after school groups,
non-profit organizations, cultural groups, fraternal organizations, etc. - Applicant may be a high school senior, community college student, university student, vocational
program student, or someone seeking training for a personal goal (example: training for a new job). - Minimum GPA of 2.5 (where applicable: high school, community college, university student). Provide
an unofficial transcript. - Personal recommendations detailing your community service/extra-curricular activities from: teacher,
pastor, scout leader, non-profit representative, coach, employer, etc. - Your personal essay sharing your goals, a statement of need, and what this scholarship will mean to
you and help you to achieve. Please include any applicable personal experiences that you wish to

Washington State School Retiree's Association (WSSR) Scholarships - $2000 to $3000
- For graduating seniors with a 3.0GPA or above. Foundation Scholarships are open to all. The Robert Handy Scholarship is for students planning to pursue one of the following areas: teacher, counselor, speech therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, or psychologist. The Gene Forrester Memorial Scholarship is open to students planning to pursue an agricultural major at WSU.

Edmonds Rotary Scholarship - $1500
- For graduating seniors from Meadowdale, Edmonds-Woodway, and Scriber Lake High Schools planning to attend a Vocational, Technical, Associate, Apprenticeship Training Program, Community College, College or University.

American Indian Endowed Scholarship - $500 to $2000
- The American Indian Endowed Scholarship (AIES) helps students with financial need who have close social and cultural ties to an American Indian community in Washington State. Students can use the scholarship at public colleges and many independent colleges in Washington.

- For graduating seniors planning to attend a Community College, Trade School, and/or 4-Year University.

pacific northwest association for college admission counseling scholarship - $1000
- Currently enrolled student who is in their senior year of high school in the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington and plans to attend a regionally accredited college or university in the coming Fall - OR - Currently enrolled student who is attending a two-year college in the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington and plans to attend a regionally accredited four-year college or university in the coming Fall.
- Currently have a 3.00 cumulative, unweighted GPA or higher.
- Submit the video essay application no later than March 15, 2025 at midnight Pacific Time.

SNO-KING SCHOOL RETIREES SCHOLARSHIP
- For graduating seniors from Edmonds, Northshore or Shoreline School Districts. Selection of award winners will be based on scholarship, school activities, community service, career goal in the educational field and may/may not include financial need.

WA AWARD FOR VOCATIONAL EXCELLENCE (WAVE) SCHOLARSHIP
- Graduating Washington high school seniors are eligible. These high school career and technical education (CTE) students must have completed, or be in the process of completing, the equivalent of two high school CTE credits in a single CTE pathway.

PROVIDENCE GENERAL CHILDREN'S ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP
- For graduating seniors who have completed 75 or more volunteer hours - involving the health and/or welfare of children/youth - within a one-year period. Special consideration is given to applicants pursing a degree in healthcare and/or child welfare.

Lynnwood Elks Past Exalted Ruler (PER) Scholarship
- The Lynnwood Elks PER Association is offering a $1500 scholarship to one male and one female graduating senior attending a college or university program this coming fall semester 2025. Three determining qualities include a combination of academic rigor, community involvement, and financial need.

- The Norm Manly Maritime Education Scholarship program is designed to serve youth pursuing post- high school education or training for a maritime career path.

Lake Washington Singers Annual Vocal Scholarship
- Open to high school students who are at least 15 years old; students are required to submit a completed 2025 Scholarship Application, as well as, a recorded audio files of applicant singing two vocal selections: America, the Beautiful (verse 1 only, A cappella) and one selection of the singer's choice (with accompaniment, required). All applicants must provide sheet music for their selected piece.

Cascade Symphony Scholarship - $2000 to $3000
- For graduating seniors who plan to continue their musical studies in college (majoring in Music is not required, can be any major). Applicants must audition on an orchestral instrument (string, woodwind, brass or percussion.)

ELIZABETH SEARS STEM SCHOLARSHIP (AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY WOMEN)
- Awarded to students identifying as female and graduating in 2025 from a high school in Edmonds, Everett or Marysville School District. The $2000 scholarships are for students entering one of the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, or math).

VFW Post # 8870 James Traner Memorial Scholarship - $1500 to $2500
- For graduating seniors who will be enrolling full time in an accredited vocational, technical, college, or university in the fall semester and who have a parent and/or grandparent that are US Military Veterans.

- Awarded to students identifying as female and graduating in 2025 from a high school in Edmonds, Everett or Marysville School District. The $2000 scholarships are for students who intend to enter a Fine Arts-focused program.

THE BEV AND WES STOCK SCHOLARSHIP- Administered through the Seattle Mariners Women's Club
- This is a scholarship opportunity for students who are planning to pursue a ‘sports-related field of study.’
- Students who will pursue a field of study in the following are eligible: Sports Broadcasting/Journalism, Health Sciences, Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Physical Therapy, Sports Psychology, Nutrition, Exercise/Physiology, Athletic Training, Fitness Instructor, Sports Medicine, Kinesiology, Sports Analytics, Sports Marketing, Recreation Worker, Sports Coaching, Referee/Umpire, and Medicine.

MUKILTEO WAY GARDEN CLUB SCHOLARSHIP
- The Mukilteo Way Garden Club is pleased to offer two Horticulture Scholarships of $1500 each, to be used for 2025-26 academic classes at an accredited college or trade school in the state of Washington. High school seniors, college students, anyone currently working in horticulture and related fields or those interested in beginning a new path into these fields are eligible. Classes must be in horticulture or horticulture-related fields and may be taken in pursuit of a degree or for augmenting current or new career goals.
