Black Student Union (BSU)

The mission of our Mav BSU is to help educate and inform students about black history and how it affects our daily lives. This group wants to go beyond the classroom learning about African-American History and give members a sense of belonging. The BSU is instrumental in organizing MHS' annual Martin Luther King Jr. celebration with the collaboration of other clubs and members of our student body. We focus not only on Black History, but on the development of good character and integrity, ensuring we create positive perceptions and family atmosphere for all.

Family Meetings are held: Tuesdays and Fridays from 2PM-3PM in room D-102
